We will arrange delivery of your order within 3 to 5 working days if the item is showing as ‘in stock’ on our website (excludes David Hunt Lighting below). Stock availability figures are live from our manufacturers and updated regularly throughout the day, but please note during busy periods these can change quickly.
Items showing as ‘out of stock’ may still available to purchase on pre-order. Please call us on 01743 361023 for next delivery date stock is due.
David Hunt Lighting
DHL items are bespoke and made to order. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please note bespoke items, including all David Hunt Lighting items, are non-returnable unless faulty.
Couriers:
We use Parcelforce for non-palletised orders. It is essential that we receive your mobile number and email contact details so that we can update you on delivery of your order. You will receive a text with tracking details once your parcel has been despatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders if you do not provide a valid mobile contact number.
Our couriers will require a signature for all deliveries, therefore customers will need to ensure someone is present at the delivery address on the advised delivery day. Delivery can be rearranged through the Parcelforce site if needed, or will be reattempted if no one is available.
Checking your goods:
Please check your items thoroughly upon receipt, as any breakages or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours. We will help to resolve any problems after this point, but reserve the right to pass on any associated costs.
Pallet Deliveries:
Heavy and fragile items, including mirrors, furniture and large light fittings, often require palletised delivery and may incur an additional delivery fee of £20.00. This will be shown on the product and/or checkout page where applicable. Pallet deliveries will not receive tracking links, but customers will be contacted by the courier by phone prior to delivery.
We advise you do not book a qualified electrician to fit the lights until the goods have been received and not prior to this. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.
Courier Service Outside of UK Mainland & Northern Ireland:
We do not currently offer delivery outside of UK Mainland & Northern Ireland.
