RETURNS
All online purchases carry a 14-day money back guarantee from receipt of order, provided the product has not been installed or modified in any way and is returned to us in the original, unmarked packaging and in perfect unused, condition. Once items have been installed, they cannot be returned.
Please do not write on the packaging when returning goods.
If you wish to return goods, please email sales@thelighthouseshrewsbury.co.uk to to obtain a returns number – this should be included in your packaging.
Returns must be received back within 14 days of being issued a returns number.
All returns, unless goods are faulty/damaged, are at the customer’s own expense and should be sent by registered post to:

We will be credit you once the goods have been received by us and checked.
Unfortunately bespoke items, including all David Hunt Lighting, will not be eligible for return or refund unless faulty/damaged.
If there is a breach of these terms, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
Please check all items upon receipt and ensure they are not damaged/missing any parts. Any issues should be reported in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of any damaged items to report to the manufacturer.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full, but we will not be liable for any costs incurred such as electricians' fees etc.
